It’s National Milk Day!

The University of Idaho has a long history when it comes to dairy science. The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences was established in 1901, and since then the field been an attainable career path for students. The recently process Dairy Science photographs collection contains photographs from the University of Idaho Dairy Science Department. These images come as black and white negatives, glass negatives, and prints.
